Product cutouts appear for some products such as sofas but then these products don't appear in location.   Sizes and colours are marketed as separate products and not selectable from the product detail page.

It is possible to deliver to the Channel Islands but this is handled by a 3rd party called 'Ship2Me'. It's not immediately obvious how to do this during checkout and appears to rely on the customer contacting the 3rd party directly.   Collection can also happen in some Sainsburys stores.   You can order from eBay and collect in stores.   Uses TouchID on iOS for checkout. Not one click purchase though.
