Pets at Home using iPads for personalised service
UK based, Pets at Home have launched the ‘PetPad’ which is an interactive, integrated iPad mini with digital forms. With standard digital processes and instant access to centrally stored customer and loyalty VIP data, it allows the pet form data and customer basket to be captured away from the till, throughout the customer journey in the store. For loyalty customers, the assistant is able to access the customer's past buying behaviour and enable them to provide a more personal and relevant service to the customer.
